NAME ME & WIN CONTEST (28/08/19 to 28/09/19) Terms and Conditions

1.0 Eligibility
1.1)  “Name Me & Win” Contest is open to all Malaysian residents age 18 and above (as of January 2019) except employees and immediate family members of Bestmas Group of Companies, the organizer, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/PR agencies and suppliers.
1.2) Submission from participants under the age of 18 (as of January 2019) are assumed to have parental consent prior to participation in the Contest. For such participants, the Organizer considers it the responsibility of parents and/or guardians to monitor participants’ participation in this Contest.

2.0 Contest Period
2.1) The Contest Period will run from 28th August 2019 until 28 September 2019, 11.59 pm (the “Contest Period”). The Organizer reserves the absolute right to shorten or extend the Contest Period if deemed necessary without the need to provide prior notice.

3.0 Judging criteria
3.1) To complete all instructions as per Clause 3.0 (How to Participate).
3.2) Winner to be determined based on the internal judge.
3.3) Only Eleven (11) participant will be selected as winner by the most creative name and one of the winner with the best name will be selected as our Grand Winner yet the suggested name will be applied for the name of our mascot.
3.4) The Organizer’s decision is final and no further correspondence or appeal will be entertained.

4.0 The Prizes
4.1) Ten selected Consolation Prize winner will stand a chance to win one prize worth RM XXX each from the Organizer.
4.2) One Grand Prize winner will stand a chance to win one prize worth RM XXXX.
4.3) A total of eleven (11) winners will be selected on the organization’s decision throughout the contest.
4.4) Each participant can ONLY win once throughout the Contest Period.
4.5) Prizes will be mailed out or Winner will be required to collect at Bestmas Furniture Design Headquarter within 1 month after the Contest Period ends.

5.0 Notification of Winners
5.1) The Winners’ List will be announced on our social medias yet will privately contacted by Bestmas.
5.2) Winners required to give responses within 5 days for prize redemption. Failing to do so, entitled prizes will be forfeited and no further claims will be entertained.
5.3) The Organizer shall endeavor to contact the winners (based on the contact details provided with the entry submitted) on a best effort basis with a maximum of three (3) attempts.
5.4) In the event of a dispute, the potential winner may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the identified social medias, but the organizer’s decision will be final.

6.0 Rights of the Organizer
6.1) All decisions made by the Organizer in relation to this Contest including but not limited to the selection of winners and forfeiture of Contest Prizes (if any) shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. The selection of the winners shall be in accordance to the Participants’ satisfaction of the Contest entry criteria and determined at the Organizer’s sole and absolute discretion.
6.2) The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any one of the prize(s) with items of equivalent value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash and will only be presented to winners who are able to satisfy the Organizer’s prize claiming requirements as set out herein.
6.3) The Organizer will not be held liable in the event of non-receipt or delayed delivery of any form of notification to the participants. All costs incidental to the participant’s participation in the Contest and redemption and/or usage of the prizes shall be solely borne by the winners.
6.4) The Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant that is found or suspected of tampering with the Contest mechanics, the operation of this Contest or to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions hereof.
6.5) The Organizer reserves the right to reject/delete any submissions which contain any elements of nudity, pornographic images, graphic violence, defamatory or libelous statements or materials that are considered illegal or may contravene the laws of Malaysia or materials that are likely to tarnish the Organizer’s image or reputation.
6.6) The Organizer, its affiliates, subsidiaries, promoters and agents shall not be liable in any way for the following:
6.6.1) any additional expenses incurred by participants for taking part in the Contest;
6.6.2) any sort of technical failure;
6.6.3) intervention by unauthorized parties during the Contest
6.6.4) electronic or human errors in the administration of the Contest and processing of entries
6.6.5) any data entry that is lost, stolen, damaged, wrongly delivered or not received which is not due to the negligence or willful default of the Organizer.
6.7) All participants unconditionally agree to assume full liability and responsibility to the extent permitted by law in the event of any loss, mishap, injury, damage, claim, or accidents (including death) suffered as a result of or arising from their participation in this Contest, redemption and/or utilization of the prizes and/or Bestmas’s products.
6.8) All entries submitted for the Contest shall become the property of the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to use, publish, disclose or display the name, address, photograph, particulars and/or documents of all winners for advertising and publicity purposes. The winners or their duly authorized representatives may be required to attend prize presentations and/or participate in publicity programs, which the Organizer may from time to time organize in connection with the Contest and if so, such winner(s) or their duly authorized representatives should attend such functions at their own cost and expense.
6.9) The Organizer reserves the right to change, cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest at any time for the duration of the Contest Period without prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organizer of the Contest shall not entitle the participants to any claim or compensation against the Organizer for any or all loss or damage suffered, or costs and expenses incurred by the participant either directly and/or indirectly arising from or in connection with the cancellation, termination or suspension of the Contest by the Organizer.
6.10) The Organizer, its affiliates, subsidiaries, promoters and agents will not be responsible for any printing errors on the Bestmas’s products or Proof of Purchase(s) distributed in the market.
6.11) By participating in this Contest, participants are taken to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and accept that all decisions by the Organizer are final and binding. The Organizer reserves the right to change, amend, add or delete any of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to the participants and the participants agree to be bound by such changes.
6.12) The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. All information provided is solely provided to Bestmas, and not to Facebook.

7.0 PRIVACY NOTICE UNDER THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT 2010
7.1) Your personal data is being processed by or on behalf of the Organizer.
7.2) Further, by submitting to this contest, you hereby consent to the processing of your personal data by the Organizer in the manner as specified.
7.3) The Organizer shall be processing the personal data that you have provided us with such as your name, national identity card number, contact number, address and any other information that has been requested from you in this contest.
7.4) The personal data that you provide us may be disclosed to our service providers for the aforementioned purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that the personal data you provide us is accurate, complete and not misleading and that such personal data is kept up to date.
